My diet

So I’ve been on this half-ass “nutrition” program. It’s one that a real guy can actually handle. In other words, I’m not being silly and cutting out meat, fat, chicken wings (ummm.....), but simply limiting consumption. Work out will consist of lifting weights twice a week, jogging twice a week and playing a sport one day a week. Coffee and tobacco consumption is necessary to keep the system sane.

You laugh but its working. I've lost 5 pounds or so the last 3 weeks. And I haven’t turned into a metro-sexual.
