Indian Village Boy's NASA Claim Crashes to Earth

LUCKNOW, India (Reuters) - An Indian teenager from one of the country's most backward states appears to have fooled governments, the media and even the president into believing he had topped the world in a NASA science exam. When questioned about the incident, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh replied, "Yes, we were fooled to think that a boy from a backward state could have topped the exam. But you Americans were fooled to think that one could be President."
